Study in the Book of John 8
Join us for a study through the Gospel of John as we continue with Chapter 8. In this chapter, Christ’s teaching at the temple is interrupted by the Pharisees and the woman caught in adultery. Following this encounter, Jesus declares Himself to be the Light of the World and teaches the Jews concerning His identity and mission. Although many initially profess belief in Him, their pride in their ancestry and confidence in their own understanding of Scripture ultimately prevent them from accepting Jesus as the Son of God.
